Bit arrived as described. They shipped out the item promptly. USPS struggled on their end, but when I contacted the seller about the issue they promptly responded when I made them aware that USPS may be returning the item. Thankfully USPS got their act together and did indeed deliver it. Haven't used it on the horse as of yet, but hopefully this will be just what our boy needs to be more responsive.
