    They were a little less than chewy that i like them, however they were light in flavour and not a lot of sodium, all pieces were great expcept one piece which wasnt done fully all they way inside, it was still redish with moisture and made every piece that i cut from that one to be sinewy and had to be spitted everytime.

    Fast shipping, but not the best biltong as it was tasteless due to a lack of salt. Original South African Biltong contains more salt. Please check your spices again before claiming it to be the Original Beef Biltong flavour.
