    Although the motor didn't work, Mike was honest and even offered to test it at his shop. If I hadn't already tried three different motors to fix my 30-year-old ski, I would have taken him up on it. The part arrived earlier than expected and matched the description. Finding reliable parts for an old ski is tricky, but I believe they wouldn't have sold it if they knew it was faulty. Plus, customer service was excellent—they even offered me a refund.

    I was amazed-the manual was described as used but what i received appeared to be new. Wow-most excellent! It was shipped promptly but USPS dropped the ball and it took a fw days beyond expected date to arrive. Not the end if the world nor the sellers fault-not sure what USPS’ problem was.
