Both packets were brand new and sealed as described, but one packet was missing 1x large and 1x medium dividers. I had exactly the same problem with the same item from another seller so possibly production line problem at Sealey. I contacted TMS customer service who were very helpful, apologised (even though I don't think it was their error) and they rapidly sent a replacement packet.
