Received my item in pieces 10 days after ordering because it was poorly packaged. Contacted seller for a full refund only to be told to send the item back and that they would send another one out when they received my return! I explained again that I did not want a replacement sent as I had already purchased the same item from a different seller and did they really want me to send the item back to them since it was in pieces?! What for? To glue it back together and sell it on?!
