The only downside was that it was delivered in 6 days after the order was placed instead of 2 to 3 days advertised ( ordered on 9/4/25 delivered on 15/4/25) this might not be seller fault as I understand it was dispatched on 9/4/25, however the delivery driver was very nice n polite. I will recommend these product but advise you leaving 5 to 7 days for delivery.

Contacted ElegantShowers, who dealt with the issue quickly and professionally, and a new tray was sent out. It arrived in time for the planned installation. Quality and Finish sparkling white, price at time of ordering appealing. A+++ seller. Communication could not wish for better.
