    Strimmer line

    The Oregon 104884E Nylium Starline 3mm is the best all round strimmer line I have used. I use this on a Stihl FS450 brush cutter. This is a big machine as strimmers go and the Nylium Starline give a good finish on grass and edges of lawns. It also takes down thick & long grass, nettles & brambles up to 8 mm with ease. Anything thicker than this would need a metal blade. I do this for a living and have tried many types of line over the years, but this is in my opinion the best all rounder. They say it will benefit from soaking in water. I never bother and have never had any problems. It comes in a nice tangle free carton, so no worries about creating a birds nest and ending up throwing the line away. I can not think of any bad points about this line.

    OREGON 104884E Nylium Star Strimmer Line, 3.0 mm, 60 m Donut' ?

    Tougher than other strimmer cable and will cut through quite thick brambles. Be careful in stony areas as being thick it will throw stones further than thinner line. The 60m reel will last a long time and if you do not do much strimming it could be better to buy less.

    Best line I've ever used.

    I'm using this strimmer line in a commercial forestry environment, exceptionally tough cutting and it's performed flawlessly. Best line I've ever used, five days of cutting with zero line breakages. Unheard of.

    Square strimmer line

    So tough in my big strimmer it goes through brambles and suckers etc and last for ages dosnt keep breaking use The next size down in my smaller machine does fantastic job
