    Best Workouts Ever - Cardio (2008, DVD)

    Total of 6 workouts -- 5 are excellent. Only one annoyed me -- where the leader kept jumping. I found that uninventive, and boring. The other 5 workouts were fun, challenging, interesting -- just what I need to keep me on track. And, the best part, I can choose the workout(s) I want, and the order I want them! All in all, well worth it!

    Offers variety of exercises

    The greatest feature of DVD is that you can program which of the six 10-minute workouts you want to do in succession. I enjoyed 3 of the 6 workouts, especially the Cardio Kick I. I agree with the other review about the annoying instructor who's constantly jumping around...nice thing is you can skip it if you don't like it either! Otherwise, a great bargain!!

    A comprehensive workout

    I exercise daily and bought many kinds of workout video which were unsatisfactory. But this one is excellent and I exercise wth this everyday. Thank you.
