Quality cable.
Copper core, shielded cable. I needed to extend the Sky cable and didn't want to pay Sky for an engineer to do it. This cable was the answer. It just screwed directly into the LNB on the dish and into the other cable with the included couplers. The cable type is thicker than the original but it hasn't made a difference. Very minor loss of signal strength in the join, one block on the Sky box indicator. The join is outside so it's protected with self amalgamating tape to protect it against moisture. It is heavier than the normal twin 'shotgun' cable, like two WF100 together. Without pulling it apart, I would hope it means the shielding braid is better than the cheaper cables usually are! Centre core seems to be solid copper and not the plated steel variety, and the F connectors are gold plated, though be careful pulling cable through by the connector, I wasn't and a locking nut came off, it did go back on after a bit of a fiddle so all was not lost. Had I needed to fit a new connector I would have reported on the cable construction more!
