Upon arrival, it was apparent from the 18" length of the package that the cane is segmented. I immediately contacted the seller and requested a refund. The seller responded by issuing a partial refund without my agreement. I refused the offer because the item photo was inaccurate and misleading and also requested that the seller pay for return shipping to India. No further communication has been rec'd.

It was advertised with the stand. After communicating with the seller, they have shipped the stand as well. Still waiting on it to arrive, but I have a tracking number showing that it shipped. A company is not considered great because it makes no mistakes, we all do, it’s how they handle mistakes that makes them good.
