A different loaf everyday, purple beetroot bread is a conversation starter!
I decided to buy the breadmaker as my Mum is allergic to wheat and thought it would be nice to make bread when she came to visit. I have used it everyday since I brought it! It is fantastic for making a range of breads and my son is enjoying the reaction at school to ususual breads such as beetroot. I found it better to use the breadmaker to kneed and prove non wheat breads and would like to be able to make larger loaves in the breadmaker but its not any trouble to knock it out and cook large loaves in the oven. Easy to use and clean, good value for money.
This is my first bread maker and i have tried several recipes, the rapid bake which only takes an hour is the best so far. It is very easy to use and clean, i am looking forward to trying lots of other recipes.
