Recommended scoops to water I've noticed if you put that amount in can be a little chalky aftertaste but I've done half a scoop less than Recommended and the taste is great. Strong flavour and fulfilling enough if your feeling hungry aswell (not saying as a meal replacement just a keep you going til meal time). Looking forward to trying the other flavours they have to offer bit definitely Recommended for the price
