1. Payment
Only accept payments through PayPal.
Make sure your shipping address is correct before purchase.
If you buy more than one item out of my shop, please DO NOT pay for anything until I have sent you an adjusted invoice with appropriate postage applied. Otherwise, you may pay more postage costs than necessary.
 
2. Dispatch & Delivery
Local pickup service is not available.
Items are usually dispatched within 48 working hours ( Monday – Friday ) of cleared payment.
Once dispatched orders usually arrive UK destinations within 1-5 working days.
If your parcel is being despatched out of the UK It can take anywhere between 3-15 working days to arrive.
A slight delay in rare cases could be also possible, so please give it around 10 working days before complaining to us that the item hasn't been received as yet.
Royal Mail requires 15 working days = 3 weeks for items to arrive at UK destinations ( 20 working days = 4 weeks for items to arrive at European destinations, 25 working days = 5 weeks for items to arrive at worldwide destinations) before any claim can be made for lost items. We kindly ask that you allow at least this time frame before contacting us regards items which have not arrived. Until this time frame has passed we will not be able issue replacements for orders which have not arrived.
 
Please also check with your local postal facility to ensure they are not holding your package. Many customers locate overdue packages at their local post office.
 
3. Postage & Packaging
Our P&P costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling fees; not just the cost of the postage stamp. To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of P&P. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of this.
If the courier asks you to sign for the goods then please check their condition. If the packaging has been badly damaged or opened then please make a note of this with the courier before signing. Do not reject the goods - you must sign for them and then notify us of any problems.

    Too small

    Ordered these for an Audi A1 with 17mm wheel bolts, thinking they would look smart with the rest of the red accents on the car. They don’t fit, far too tight, couldn’t push them on the bolt heads, when I did manage to get one on, the removal tool broke and I had to use a pair of pliers to get it off, which destroyed the plastic cap. Totally defeats the object. I have a pair of digital vernier Calipers and measured the internal size of the cap, lo and behold, the gauge read 16.5mm, no wonder I couldn’t get them on a 17mm bolt. Don’t bother, get the genuine Audi ones and paint them red. These caps have ended up in the bin, right where they belong.

    Caveat Emptor

    Ordered to cosmetically enhance my newly refurbished alloys & compliment the newly upgraded brakes & red callipers. While the new 'red' caps are very pretty in a semi metallic 'alloy' sheen first impression was that they were not so much 'Ferrari' red as 'Victoria' plum. Still optimistic, I went out the car to fit them only to discover that they do not fit the locking wheel nuts -- which are fractionally larger due to the splines designed to match the locking socket. Shame, I would have accepted the colour but my choice is to do without either the locking nuts OR the new caps. (4 out of 5 on each wheel looks odd & draws attention to the locking bolt - no thanks!)
