    Easy to use

    This descaler is easy to use, it didn't take long and left no taste or smell afterwards. I live in a very soft water area, so there wasn't much for it to do, I guess that's why it took less time than anticipated. Biggest challenge was propping up a 1.7 litre container in the right place to catch the water - I used some small coffee cups under an empty ice cream container to keep it balanced.

    Coffee maker

    The cleaning product is good and does what it says on the packet ! The coffee maker is great but is very work intensive to keep clean! 😬 However makes great coffee don’t buy cheap coffee if you want tasty coffee 👍🏻

    Good product rubbish packaging

    The product itself is great, works exactly as it should. The packaging on the other hand is rubbish. Items just shoved in a box and tapped up, no insulation at all. All three items I ordered were damaged and had to be replaced
