All my items are new unless otherwise stated in sealed packaging. I use the manufactures description and pictures to list the products I have listed for sale.
If you feel the product is not as described,faulty or has a manufacturing defect please CONTACT ME first before leaving negative feedback.
I offer exceptional customer service and always happy to resolve any concerns to your full satisfaction but i can't assist you if I am unaware of a problem.
 
COLOUR, SIZE & QUALITY
 
COLOUR - Different computer monitors and cameras can depict different shades so please take this into consideration before you purchase.
QUALITY - Everybody opinion is different - i don't offer opinion on quality in my listings - I only describe the item as per the manufactures details and advise of the RRP.
SIZE - Is taken from the manufactures description or packaging of the product, every product may not be exactly to the MM so please allow for the manufacturing size tolerance.
 
POSTAGE
 
I offer a choice of postage costs to suit your needs so please select the service you require at checkout.
If you need the item quick/nextday please contact me or select the special delievry option as we can't be held responsible for items not received next day if the correct postage service is not selected.
All items over £30 will be sent out recorded delivery to ensure safe and timely arrival.
Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email to your private email address with the tracking number if applicable for your purchase.
The tracking number will also be entered on to the eBay sales record for your convenience so you can check the progress of your delivery.

International sales - Items will be sent out tracked delivery only,this is not the most cost effective way of postage but all enquiries can be resolved quickly by using this service.
 
Items returned back to sender for any reason will be refunded minus any postage costs.If you require the item to be resent I will require postage to be paid - THIS IS INCLUSIVE OF ITEMS THAT WERE FREE POSTAGE INITIALLY.
