the top handle is wobbly, not sturdy enough for disabled or elderly people, cannot leave the user to use it on their own. the bottom part is nice and sturdy, can use this part as a step or a low seat, ideal for resting leg on when putting on shoes and socks.

Build quality
Disappointed with the quality of manufacture. Looks good, easy to construct. Unfortunately the welding holding step to frame broke first time of using. Have subsequently got repaired and reinforced by bolting the step to the frame to avoid incurring cost of returning the product and waiting for a replacement which could have had the same problem. It now does the job as intended.

This is a great product, it’s sturdy and much safer to use than the fold up step I was using. The handle is great to hold on to when getting on and off. I use it when cleaning windows but it would also be useful when reaching into the high kitchen wall cupboards. It’s compact in size, very easy to put together and a fantastic price from the company I bought from. The same is available elsewhere but dearer. For use in the garden
I bought this product not as a step for indoor. Being rather elderly, although active, I use it in the garden, as I've now got something to help me get up after sitting down gardening! However it would be nice if it was painted green, and give the manufacturer another market.

the product is very well made and great for the price the only trouble that i am having with it is with fixing of the hand rail having a job getting the nuts to tighten up to make the handrail solid to hold but the small nuts dont seem to want to tighten up to secure it .
