INCHIOSTRO E VINILE SRL in accordo con le leggi vigenti garantisce il diritto di recedere, per qualsiasi motivo, dal contratto d'acquisto. Per esercitare tale diritto dovrai inviarci una semplice comunicazione in tal senso, entro 14 (quattordici) giorni dalla data di ricevimento della merce ordinata (come da legge vigente) ed inviarci la merce entro ulteriori 15 (quindici) giorni dalla comunicazione del Codice di Autorizzazione al Rientro (CAR) da parte del Servizio Clienti.

All'arrivo della merce ti consigliamo di verificare che: Il numero dei colli in consegna corrisponda a quello indicato nel documento di accompagnamento. L'imballo risulti integro, non danneggiato o altrimenti alterato. La mancata corrispondenza del numero dei colli o delle indicazioni, così come la perdita o eventuali danni, devono essere immediatamente contestati al vettore e tempestivamente segnalati al nostro Servizio Consumatori ( info@inchiostroevinile.it / WhatsApp +39 3494582891 ) indicando tutti gli estremi dell?ordine.

In cosa consiste il diritto di recesso:

Il consumatore in conformità con quanto previsto dalla più recente legislazione italiana ha diritto di recedere dal contratto entro il termine di 14 (quattordici) giorni dal ricevimento della merce, restituendo il bene oggetto del recesso ad INCHIOSTRO E VINILE SRL, che rimborserà il prezzo della merce restituita. Prima di contattare il Servizio Clienti di INCHIOSTRO E VINILE SRL, è opportuno avere a disposizione i seguenti documenti e dati:

Inviare via , una comunicazione sottoscritta contenente dichiarazione di voler esercitare il diritto di recesso, indicando tutti i dati richiesti [il proprio numero d'ordine, numero di fattura, quali prodotti devono essere oggetto di recesso, nonché le coordinate bancarie o indirizzo paypal se utilizzato come metodo di pagamento].

A questo bisogna attendere la comunicazione del Codice di Autorizzazione al Rientro (CAR) da parte del Servizio Clienti e rispedire il tutto entro ulteriori 15(quindici) giorni.
