There was a small glitch in the cooker arriving on the scheduled day and delivery had to be rearranged. I cannot praise highly enough the sellers actions in resolving the problem. Their communication with me (both by telephone and email) was excellent and they went above and beyond to help me. The cooker only arrived today and I have yet to take off the very sturdy packaging and get it installed but I am sure it is just what I want.
