    Dc fix vinyl wood effect

    Bought this for a kitchen worktop refurb and I ordered this as it looked the best match for the flooring we had and what a match it ended up being. Took a couple of minutes to get to grips with working with it but I'd watched videos etc for a heads up and some ideas in what we wanted to achieve. This stuff is absolutely great and pretty easy to work with, we used a hairdryer to make it more plyable and manageable to work with and I felt it made a difference. The worktops we covered were a wee bit bear up and these have covered those imperfections and you now wouldn't know they were there. All the joins we overlapped and cut with a sharp scalpel and look seamless. Transformed the kitchen to a complete new look and cannot fault this stuff yet. Still have to live and work with it for a while ...

    Good overall result but a horrific experience

    This could just be me and my lack of patience but This stuff is a NIGHTMARE! If you're doing a freestanding unit, like a kitchen island then it's fine, but as soon as you try and do a kitchen counter with 2 corners (ie an L shape), it's a nightmare, really difficult to get it to sit straight and flush against the wall, really difficult to get it to not stick to itself, really difficult to get it bubble free, really difficult to get it to not crease ... spent at least an hour and a half trying to get it down and then it ripped ... I don't think I've ever been in a more horrific mood in all my life. Definitely needs 2 people

    Delighted

    I thought it would be a bit thicker. But all in all absolutely delighted. Did my friend’s counter top kitchen. It transformed her kitchen area into a warm, cosy place. I used a ruler at the beginning to lay it out. Bad idea, then I tried again just by hand it was enough and looked beautiful. My friend is so happy. Recommends this product highly.     Complete makeover

    Just moved into a house that hasn’t been updated in decades. Used this to make over the kitchen worktop and so many people have asked if I’ve bought a new worktop and can’t believe it’s just sticky back plastic! Really really pleased and would highly recommend
