Great value for money and a must have spare.
These are a must have before washing the original so that you can keep using the machine. At less than half the price of those direct from Dyson these are great value for money. Just a little tip before washing these filters, take a small flat blade screwdriver and gently prise the cloth filter from the plastic frame (not where the lugs are though as they'll snap) and tap it on a hard surface. You'll be amazed at the crud that comes out that would have remained in there while washing it !!These are a must have before washing the original so that you can keep using the machine. Not genuine dyson, so going third party from now.
99% certain I didn't receive a genuine Dyson part, the one I removed had a series of numbers on the base, and the replacement was similar, but different enough to wonder and looks like third party filters that are cheaper. Seems to work ok but I will get the same looking ones much cheaper via non-dyson replacements in future.

Excellent Product
Having experienced issues with my Dyson V6 following building work and the amount of dust around, the filters just couldn’t cope. I thought I would try a cheaper alternative to the Dyson brand for this filter and it did just the trick! Will definitely buy again. Thank you. A+++

I was amazed what a difference the new filters made to our Dyson, the one that came with the machine was washed but took some time to dry, so it was a wise decision to by some replacments as we could still use the machine while the filter(s) were being cleaned and washed. according to my wife, "I did something right for a change"
