If you change your mind for any reason and you wish to return your purchase you must notify us within 30 days in writing by email.

Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resaleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging within 30 days of receipt. Items must not have been used or assembled in any way. BathShopOnline retains the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be resaleable. Returns cannot be accepted once the assembly process has begun.

You must include your customer order details with the package, as we cannot process a refund without these. Once received the items will be checked and a refund issued. Items returned must arrive in perfect condition, including the packaging, so please ensure that they are packed well.

If you are returning goods to us we recommend you take out appropriate insurance for the return delivery. Unfortunately, items received in an un-saleable condition (excluding faulty goods) will not be eligible for either exchange or refund.

I already have one of these toilet seats but Homebase had sold out so ordered it from here.. easy to fit and works fabulously never moves or comes loose ( I’ve purchased some rubbish, cheap toilet seats in the past that keep moving around and require weekly tightening) top marks given for a top product.

This is an expensive but brilliant toilet seat. It looks great with the grooves cut in and the fixing holds it very firmly in place! No more sliding about! Shiny and a great look. Worth paying extra for!
