Repair was very evident, but was not present in pictures; must have been done after pics. Gave the seller many opportunities to fess up and make it right, but they just kept giving excuses. Pictures don't lie! I kept the specimen because I'd lose too much in shipping to return. This item was labeled repaired and pictures were taken after the repair. The repair occurred close to 20 years ago and looks as though the glue seeped through the porous host rock. This specimen was originally repaired close to 20 yr's ago & indeed make the repair noticeable. The buyer never asked for a refund and said the specimen was worth the $20 paid.
