The boxes arrived in poor condition. Having explained that I purchased new boxes for a good reason the sellers customer service agent presumed she knew what suited my needs but offered a refund if I wanted to return blaming the courier for the damage caused. I wish I had read their feedback prior to purchasing as previous customers are right about the quality and service received. Given a partial refund after contacting the seller and swapping numerous emails but for me the quality is just poor.
