Very disappointing. Item was supposed to be sent first class on 8th April. Expensive delivery was charged accordingly. It eventually arrived (by second class) on 13th April. I understand that sometimes things are delayed, but if seller doesn’t even use postage I’ve paid for, what can you do. Oh, and seller does not respond to any messages/complaints or request for a partial postage refund.
