The only problem (see first photo) is where the fixing plate on the back of the monitor slides into the bracket on the stand. The only way I was able to get it tight and stop the monitors from wobbling slightly was to wedge folded paper into the gap. My other stand has a spring clamp, released by moving the steel plate (see photo). This is a simpler (for the user) system and much better, in my opinion.
