If you change your mind for any reason and you wish to return your purchase you must notify us within 30 days in writing by email.
 
Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resaleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging within 30 days of receipt. Items must not have been used or assembled in any way. BathShopOnline retains the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be resaleable. Returns cannot be accepted once the assembly process has begun.
 
You must include your customer order details with the package, as we cannot process a refund without these. Once received the items will be checked and a refund issued. Items returned must arrive in perfect condition, including the packaging, so please ensure that they are packed well.
 
If you are returning goods to us we recommend you take out appropriate insurance for the return delivery. Unfortunately, items received in an un-saleable condition (excluding faulty goods) will not be eligible for either exchange or refund.
 
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    Canada White Toilet Seat

    I ordered this seat after having ordered a more expensive seat via a different company which I had to return... 🤔This was a mistake I should of followed my gut that told me to get this one . Everything you need easy to fit ( and come s with clear interactions ) Dose not move as long as you put washers right way up. It’s solid lovely soft plastic. Very HAPPY 😃

    Good value toilet seat

    Wanted a toilet seat that had plastic hinges as fed up of corroding zinc plated ones and didn’t want to pay £50 for a toilet seat so bought this. It’s quite thin and flexible but it’s a good colour match to my toilet and fits well/ doesn’t move. I wouldn’t have this in my downstairs toilet but ok for our en suite. Does the job.

    Cheap. disappointed.

    Feels cheap. The lid bends when you simply sit on it. When the seat is up, it holds it self at exactly 90deg, does not mean against the back of the toilet, not only does it make it look strange but it also causes it to start to close when you sit on it or if you didn't get it quite at 90. Locking/release mechanism works well but not worth all the other problems
