If you change your mind for any reason and you wish to return your purchase you must notify us within 30 days in writing by email.
 
Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resaleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging within 30 days of receipt. Items must not have been used or assembled in any way. BathShopOnline retains the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be resaleable. Returns cannot be accepted once the assembly process has begun.
 
You must include your customer order details with the package, as we cannot process a refund without these. Once received the items will be checked and a refund issued. Items returned must arrive in perfect condition, including the packaging, so please ensure that they are packed well.
 
If you are returning goods to us we recommend you take out appropriate insurance for the return delivery. Unfortunately, items received in an un-saleable condition (excluding faulty goods) will not be eligible for either exchange or refund.
 
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
 
Please also note that we do not refund the delivery cost unless the product is damaged or faulty.

    Sufficient for the day.

    This one is slightly better than the last, in as much that the way the shroud /bracket is shaped to locate and magnetically grab onto the bar of soap The last one endured 20 years of at least four times daily use and then the secreted bracket gave up the ghost. This is quite lightweight and clearly less cost to produce, but I'm happy, and would recommend.

    Soap holder goes rusty

    The soap holder looks good is easy to fit, however after a short time the metal part that is inserted into the soap has gone rusty and turned the soap brown.

    Just what I wanted

    I have had a magnetic soap holder for a good many years but it rinally gave up the ghost. This new one is plastic instead od a sivery metal but does the job just fine. No soggy soap or mess around the sink. My friends have commented on its usefulness and practicality.

    As described

    Have two ourselves bought one for my mother. Ideal for avoiding soggy soap. There is not much to it. It’s just plastic and two bits of metal. The plastic is quite thin but any thicker and it would add two much weight. We have ours stuck to the wall with the command wall stickers and it’s seems to be holding it and the soap quite well.
