Item as stated well packed, seller stated all items despatch within 24 hrs, ordered and paid on 19th courier advised not received for transit till 24th courier delivered on 25th. Seller was very responsive to multiple chases and very polite and helpful so would use again but would know the delivery may not be as quick as claimed.

I had the parcel sent to a friend..... unfortunately the box it was sent in said 'Laura Ashley kettle' on it..... Knowing I had ordered a chainsaw, she nearly didn't accept it. After some fraught messages to me, I told her to open it and lo and behold it was the chainsaw!! It's a pity that someone in the despatch department didn't cross out the contents description. It would have saved a lot of hassle.
