    Cheap and adequate

    Cheap compared to other creams and adequate for it's purpose for mild Piles problems but not as good as some other more expensive brands and not really as effective for severe Piles problems

    This product helps to provide pain relief to the area but does not shrink piles as rapidly as other brands but it does bring relief
