Thank you for your kind feedback on our product and service - we really appreciate it. Sorry DPD let us both down and did not deliver on the upgraded Saturday delivery you booked in with us. We did take this up with them and it looks as if the driver did not follow protocol & his GPS placed him at the wrong address, which is why it was not delivered on Saturday as booked in. I am glad it worked out in the end & would like to thank you for your patience and understanding. Best wishes.
