Never received my order. Placed my order on February 24th, reached out on March 4th since they hadn’t been shipped. They responded that they were out of town and would be back and ship it that weekend. Reached out again on the 16th and again on the 18th because they haven’t shipped my item…silence. I always give the benefit of the doubt, but this was poor communication and service all around. Disappointed.
