Genuine charger
The temptation to save a little money could leave you to believe a third party charger might do the job. This charger could be used without direct supervision (overnight!) so it is important and prudent to use a genuine spare and provide piece of mind. It is a high quality product that is well protected in Dyson packaging.

The really deal
Genuine Dyson product in original packaging. It has brought my DC31 back into use, as my original charger died. It is such a shame Dyson no longer support some of their greatest inventions. Shame on you Mr Dyson.

Works as well as the original charger
Because the particular hand held is no longer manufactured, so if we had been unable to purchase this charger we would have been unable to use the cleaner.

Doppelgänger Dyson
The photos advertising this product clearly show a genuine Dyson charger. This is not what you receive! I ordered this item believing it was a Dyson product. If the photos showed what you actually got, I would not have ordered. It is not until you read further you realise this. If the photos are for display purpose, then they should show the charger you are actually getting. It works and looks genuine- what more can I say ?
This was a replacement for my original dyson charger which exploded. This one appears genuine and works, so lets hope it lasts longer than the original.
