Doesn’t include tap, wastewater pipe,hot and cold pipes, plug (all apparently mentioned and when you try to ring them you cannot get through unless I think it was sales I went to who were fab) but nevertheless small things to buy. Lovely toilet and basin otherwise though be advised basin doesn’t have an overflow so not good for people with young children haha :-) really makes our new bathroom look cleaner and more up to date.

First when you read the description you wont notice that the tap is not included,on all photos there is a tap and unless u ask specifically you wont be sure that tap and waste are not included,which is the most significant in the look of the toilet Second Im an installer for 20 years,obviously I want to buy and install as quick as possible and have no problems or delays,in my case when I opened the box I realized the tap and waste are not included,I had to wait 4 more days till I buy and install,and after the installation I noticed a problem,not everytime after a flush the filling valve turns on,it stays closed and so the cistern doesnt fill up again,I thought its the tap pipe on the way or the cable of the flush but not,this is how the filling valve work,u need to push it manually to ...
