Really good people to deal with. I had an issue with the blender I bought that was my own fault, not understanding how to use it properly. They dealt brilliantly with my situation, & even sent a replacement, which meant them losing money on postage. Once I realised it was my mistake, & both of them worked fine, they said they'd take the hit on the postage once I sent back the second one, even tho i said id cover that cost. Can't recommend them more.
