        👎 Das gelieferte Farbband ist nicht nicht „neu“, sondern ganz offensichtlich bereits gebraucht. Das habe ich dem Verkäufer mitgeteilt, denn an sich ist das halb so wild und kann mal passieren, doch dieser behauptet erst, im Angebot hätte gestünden, es sei gebraucht, wobei tatsächlich nur etwas zur beschädigten Schachtel geschrieben war, und dann, dass es einwandfrei ist. Auch nach mehren Nachrichten samt Foto gibt es keinen Hauch von Einsicht und keine vollständige Erstattung des Gesamtpreises.

        Der Kaufpreis des Artikels wurde bereits erstattet und Kunde wurde auch schon informiert, das er die Ware behalten kann.

        Der Verkäufer war (und ist, so scheint es) der Auffassung, dass die Versandkosten nicht Teil des Kaufpreises sind und er diese nicht erstatten muss, wenn die gelieferte Ware absolut nicht der Beschreibung entspricht. Erst nachdem der Verkäufer den eBay-Kundenservice hinzugezogen hat, wurden mir auch die Versandkosten erstattet.
