Great item, very secure. However for our 2011 Sharan we had to adjust the hole we screwed the clamps into. The instructions say “hole number 7” and show you clearly on a diagram, but this was way too short for our roof, so in fact it needed to be hole “9” - so don’t despair if they seem too small at first!
