Although I am leaving a neutral post, the seller was very helpful and offered a partial refund for my issue swiftly. The issue was the colour of the ribbon, on the site it was advertised as pale ivory and a dark cream/pale gold ribbon arrived. The package had a tear in it, this was most likely caused by the postal service and luckily the ribbon inside was not damaged.
