The vendor sent a message that they had found an error in the item description and refunded me. Later I received an unsolicited different item - and phoned ebay who said I could return or dispose of it. I asked the vendor if they wanted a return - they sent me a label to forward to the correct buyer -against ebay policy. I have asked to return only to vendor and up to now have not received a label I am able to use.
