    You get what you pay for

    Im not sure what the deal is, if this is how sprint drive works and if all devices are like this or if its just the one I got.. The device took a week to get itself set up and up to date/real time with everything. Hotspot is very limited and hit or miss. I'd rather pay $50 for unlimited hotspot on my phone then to pay $25 a month for unlimited limitness. Device was shipped quickly. Box intact. Appears to be brand new.. but likely defective.
