    While shipping a 20" PVM cross-country can be a stressful process, the seller took great care to minimize the risk. The monitor was packaged with multiple layers of foam and the box was tightly plastic-wrapped to reduce shock to the internal components. The comparatively low asking priced reflected the monitor's unknown condition, but I am happy to say it is fully-functional and in very good condition for the age.
