There are counterfeits. These are not Dewalt batteries. Beware. Genuine Dewalt labels match the color of the batters. These are lighter. The power guage on genuines go from left to right, these go right to left. The screws on genuine batteries come out more and contain a point in the center. These do not. The trademark on these is just a point instead of an encircled R. I've provided pictures with my genuine battery for verification. They only allow up to 5.
