    Fantastic RPG

    This game is brilliant. The music is great, the graphics are really good and smooth and the story and characters are very compelling. This is probably the best RPG I’ve ever played, a lot better than Zelda.

    Love this game, it's the best DQ yet, good storyline and gameplay. Only gripe is the lack of ability to flee a battle most times and only able to save at churches and campfires. DQ8 could save almost anytime anyplace.

    Good game spoilt by some really poor music

    The music is so bad it made me stop playing after about 15 hours, the same repetitive music over and over with no end in sight. Story wasn’t too bad but the lack of dialogue from the min character is a huge problem. With a few tweaks this could be really good.
