Two weeks after the sale, I have no idea whether my package has shipped or whether the buyer has just kept the money. My status hasn’t changed from “paid” and the seller refuses to reply to any of my 3 requests for an update. We absolutely pride ourselves on taking care of our customers. We are training new staff and unfortunately two online orders were overlooked.
