I've used these on many occasions when out in the field and in all types of weather conditions. What I would say though is that if your in very cold weather you might want to keep the cup that has the heat pad in wrapped up in some warm towel or other clothing, the reason why is because when it's to cold the heat pad takes more time to heat up; do be careful though because sometimes the steam can exit via the lid which will be hot. It doesn't heat milk to well due to milks fat content.

I live in the Scottish Islands so deliveries often slow. The couriers seemed to lose one of the boxes but the seller did their upmost to resolve it and eventually arrived. The product is excellent value for money and overall very pleased. I would say the colour is more orange than terracotta but for the cost I'm not complaining. We do intend to spray paint them.
