Thankfully they were all keyed alike and I was able to pick them. Super easy to swap out the bottom pins and rekey to my house key. The key gauge makes it easy to read an unknown key.

The plug follower was a little tight on the flared end, so I sanded the nylon plastic some for a perfect fit. The key gauge is die stamped, so it has a sharp burred edge. I smoothed sharp edges with a Dremel tool. Overall I'm happy with the set. It's a good value for the occasional re-key or deadbolt replacement. The top pins are standard (not security spool pins) and there are no top springs (as described).

Each time I ordered the hinges, they came in a flimsy cheep box that blew open and with a good portion of the screws and hinges missing. I contacted the seller and his only response if that he will send more. No rush on the shipment, no apology for bad packaging. Very cheep and doesn’t care about helping the customer clearly.
