We received this today and it is very nice. The Seller shipped it immediately after I ordered it but had a problem with the shipping company (NOT the Seller's fault). I contacted the Seller stating I had not received the item. The Seller immediately stayed on top of this with the shipping company to find out where this had gone and what was the problem. For some unknown reason, it had gotten 're-routed' to another location (through the shipping process). The Seller was so kind and concerned.
