Since we did purchase our previous door handles from this seller (five years ago), they were able to send it very quickly and we didn't have to have new keys made.

Each time I ordered the hinges, they came in a flimsy cheep box that blew open and with a good portion of the screws and hinges missing. I contacted the seller and his only response if that he will send more. No rush on the shipment, no apology for bad packaging. Very cheep and doesn’t care about helping the customer clearly. I’m still waiting on replacement parts from this order. Won’t buy from again.

The only issue there I had was with the strike plate. The tab is longer so you have to carve out a larger hole in the doorjamb, easy fix.
