These breaks in the figure did not were produced by the delivery services, the packaging box came in good condition, with no punches.     Big waste of money!

    It made my hair fly-away and impossible to control. No idea what's in it but for me, with very fine,thinning hair, it was horrible. As bad as Keranique. I'm sure it would be fine for people with more/different hair but for me it was awful. I use five other Oribe products that I love but this one is a dud.
