VAX blade 4, brilliant
Always had a Dyson, so this is the first time with a VAX, and very impressed with all the features and performance, so time will tell. Only downside I have is VAX won’t give me any warranty because I bought it from eBay and not a store.

Very Disappointing
What a Vacuum, plenty of power and not too heavy. So why the low rating? Well, the batteries are next to useless. Just look up anywhere on the internet about them (Vax in the UK, Hoover in the US). The Onepwr batteries last 12-18 months then WILL fail. Mine is in pieces now as my battery failed (1st and 3rd light) so I am trying to convert to Dewalt batteries! I was going to borrow a battery from mum but that then failed before I picked it up so now only 1 from 3 batteries are working. These are around £80 a piece so a total rip off! One other thing is the cleaning head... If you vacuum under any furniture (my settee) the head pushes to the floor and the plastic around the spinning brush fails and it all collapses in side. I did write to Vax about this but with no help. I bought a new head ... What a Vacuum, plenty of power and not too heavy. So why the low rating? Well, the batteries are next to useless. Unbelievable price for a manufacture refurbished cleaner with a 12 month guarantee. easy to use,lightweight with excellent suction on high power setting. Great for all surfaces and dead easy to empty, the collection cylinder is light and easily unclips from the hand unit to allow emptying without being cumbersome. 100% recommend.

Efficient and reliable
This is the second vax I have bought so now have one upstairs and downstairs. This was to replace the dyson which went in the bin as it stopped working. I find the vax much more efficient, the battery lasts longer before it needs recharging and I like the light as well. 5 stars
