Buyer was sent a brand new sealed item that was a complete item, after the buyer received the item the buyer claimed that two of the wooden step perches were missing which wasn't correct, we have seen this scam before where people want replacement perches because they know there parrot will chew them and they just want a couple spare to replace when this happens.
We asked the buyer for photos and when they sent them the item was in full use with seed scattered on the metal tray, **so in use**
